1. What we sell

Citedkit sells an audit of your website's public data against thirteen checks relevant to AI answer engines, delivered as a written report and, with Fix-Pack and GEO Sprint, a repair file with markup and copy. The free scan runs on the website with no purchase required.

2. Payment

Paid work starts only after 100% of the invoice is received. We invoice manually (Wise or bank transfer) — there is no card checkout on this site. Delivery timelines count from the day of full payment.

3. Refunds

If a paid re-scan after your Fix-Pack shows no improvement on the checks we flagged, you receive a full refund. Beyond that case, delivered audit reports and fix files are not refundable, because you keep them.

4. Liability

Citedkit provides an information service. We do not guarantee search rankings, inclusion in AI answers, traffic volume, or any commercial outcome. Audit results reflect the state of your site on the day of the scan. Nothing here constitutes legal advice regarding E-E-A-T or anything else.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this page. The terms in force at the time of your invoice apply to that purchase.
