How does payment work?
There is no card checkout on the site. You email us, we send a manual invoice (Wise or bank transfer), and work starts when the invoice is paid in full.
Do I need to give you access to my website?
No. We only read public data — the same pages and files any visitor or crawler can see. You never share credentials, FTP, CMS logins, or analytics. All fixes come back to you as a file you apply yourself.
What is the refund policy?
If the paid re-scan after your Fix-Pack shows no improvement on the checks we flagged, you get your money back.
